Peter Bower Charged With Sexually Abusing Newly Adopted Dog, Possessing Bestiality-Related Materials Evanston, Illinois The Weekly Vice Sergio Chaves, a 19-year-old Chicago man was jailed Sunday after he allegedly planted a bomb at a police station, then called the detectives to report the bomb hoping to receive a reward. According to the Nassau County Police Department, Mannerz, a 5 1/2 year veteran of the force, pulled over three women in their early 20s on February 27th. Mannerz was booked into jail and charged with sexual abuse, coercion, bribe, and official misconduct. If convicted, he could face up to seven years in prison. Police believe there may be other victims.
