Im sure this is WAY old news and Im just behind the times, but I discovered that the Buena Vista website has tons of old Siskel Ebert as well as Ebert guest hosts and Ebert Roeper and Roeper guest host reviews for legal viewing: /tv/buenavista/atm/. Just go to Archives and search by year. They dont have all of them up, but the vast majority are. Ive watched a ton of reviews over the last week, and some of them really brought me back. Good Burger had a hilarious bit where Siskel Ebert debate over whether Ed is stupid or not. Star Wars Episode 2 had Ebert Roeper differing greatly over whether the movie was good or not. Roeper was left dumbfounded that Ebert liked Lara Croft Tomb Raider to the point where Ebert had to say Let me speak when Roeper kept saying You did NOT like this movie. And perhaps one of my favorite moments: When discussing the film North, Ebert who hated hated hated the movie suggested to see The Good Son to cheer yourself up afterwards. And then Siskel dryly added: That was about a killer, wasnt it? So I motocrossed part 5 this thread can act as a review talkback of sorts. Just discuss your favorite moments from this classic show. Strollin through the park with a sarsaparilla, for me and my niiiiiiiine! Location: Baltimore, Maryland I thought that everyone knew how to watch the classic reviews through the At The Movies site. Im not sure if anyone would agree about this since weve been through the site countless times but this thread is kinda pointless. I dont need a signature. Im too cool for one. LOL Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba And perhaps one of my favorite moments: When discussing the film North, Ebert who hated hated hated the movie suggested to see The Good Son to cheer yourself up afterwards. And then Siskel dryly added: That was about a killer, wasnt it? Actually, that quote is from their review of Clifford. No, its not about that giant red dog. Youre fired. Youre fired for costing this company millions of pounds. Youre fired for insubordination. Youre fired for lack of character! Very good. Happy Christmas! St.
