The hip hop project trailer

There has to be a problem in my MP4 encoding settings somewhere, I am pretty the hip hop project trailer now. I have been using eugenia settings for MP4 files. so, it seems anything I make on the mac has this blur/judder when I made a DVD using hardware the PIO DVD burner things are running smooth as is it like this? It appears my only choice now for HD viewing to record back to the camera and watch it via the camera itself, or make an SD DVD copy using the stand alone Pioneer DVD burner with the camera in DV have been at this problem trying to fix it all day long and I am running out of please help by posting if you know the solution to this. Last edited by Jaguar; 2008 October 16th at 06: hmm, no one knows what the problem I have is? I just created a new project DV widescreen using iMovie HD. Dragged over one clip which was one with a lot of fast motion. I then simply shared this over to iDVD to burn a DVD. I played this back on the Pioneer DVD player and still no of ghosting and blur this time, probably worse then ever! on a side note, I took a Blu Ray DVD-R I made with some clips and opened the folders up on the I then copied the m2ts files to the macs desktop and opended these files one by one with play perfect, using the BOB deinterlace filter in VLC this does not solve anything, when I put the same blu ray disc back in the ps3 it just looks terrible with the blur/ghosting effect. Same result for any MP4s created and played back, both on Apple TV and have checked and checked all settings on the players and they are all set correct for PAL. Funny thing is I remember making blu rays just for the PS3 before this way some months back and those videos looked identical to the tape/camera via hdmi, ie almost perfect in reproduction. Please, if anyone who knows more about this cam help out? Last edited by Jaguar; 2008 October 16th at 21: The best way to describe the blur is if the 50hz footage remember it is PAL Australia is being played back at the 60hz refresh rate instead, causing a kind of ghost or blur effect on anything moving sorry to quote myself, but I am quite pleased to say the new PS3 firmware v 5 has just been released, and it has a new 50 Hz setting now available under video settings, so PAL people can now select the correct 50Hz output on the PS3 FINALLY! So what I was seeing was exactly what I thought was wrong. So, for anyone in PAL land, who actually cares about seeing smooth 50i HD video via their PS3, you now can! I just hope this information as confusing as it may be helps at least one other person out. sorry to quote myself, but I am quite pleased to say the new PS3 firmware v 5 has just been released, and it has a new 50 Hz setting now available under video settings, so PAL people can now select the correct 50Hz output on the PS3 FINALLY!
